Need to return your item
Not loving the look... No problem, for your peace of mind we offer a 14 day returns policy (from the day of delivery).
We've tried to make returning an item as simple as possible for you.
If you're in the UK simply fill in the RMA form on the back of your invoice and use the link below to print your return label then package up the item as it arrived with you and drop at your local Post Office.

Should you choose to use your own courier please use a tracked service as Taboo Boutique cannot be held responsible for any parcels that go missing or are damaged in transit.
Overseas CustomersPlease send your return to the address above. Again we strongly advise you to use a tracked service and to retain your proof of postage
We are extremely sorry to hear of an issue with your recent purchase. In the first instance please get in contact by emailing us at cs@tabooboutique.co.uk stating your order number, some details of the issue and where possible any images you think may be helpful in resolving your issue. Our Customer Service team will then get this resolved for you as soon as possible.
You can return any item(s) you don't wish to keep, we simply ask that -
- You may return an item within 14 days of delivery. Late returns may only be eligible for a credit note at our discretion and considered on an individual basis.
- To notify us of your return please contact us through either our social media channels, online contact us form or our customer service email: cs@tabooboutique.co.uk
- Return items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must be returned with all tags and in their original packaging.
- The hygiene seal must still be attached to return any swimwear or lingerie.
- Shoes must be tried on indoors and not show any signs of wear or soiling to the sole.
- We are unable to accept returned items which have been marked by makeup, false tan or creams and ask for care to be taken when trying your items on.
- Corporate and business purchases will not be eligible for return. At our discretion we may offer an exchange.
- Refused deliveries will not be eligible for refund.
Exchange and incorrect / faulty returns are absolutely free. A charge of £3.95 will be made for all other returns sent using our tracked prepaid return labels
We aim to complete all returns within 10 working days of receipt (this does not include Weekends and Bank holidays) please note it can take your bank a further 2 to 10 days for funds to show back on your statement depending on the card issuer. Please note that should you have used our prepaid return label a charge of £3.95 will be deducted from any refund due and expedited shipping fees are not refundable
