Need to return your item

Not loving the look... No problem, for your peace of mind we offer a 14 day returns policy and all our Mainland UK returns are completely free with the exception of clearance items.

All we ask is that items are returned as delivered with any tags, in the original packaging and are in an unworn condition.

Once your return arrives with us you will receive an email confirming safe receipt, this will then start the refund process.

All returns will be processed within 10 working days of arrival


How do I return an item

We've tried to make returning an item as easy as possible. Package it up and send it back to us. Once you have returned your item you can follow its progress again by using the returns link

All products must be returned as new without signs of wear. We strongly suggest checking products before returning as we are unable to accept any items back if the product shows any signs of wear including marked soles and scratches.

If you do receive a faulty item we ask in the first instance that you contact us via email at customerservices outlining the problem with the product and any images you feel may be appropriate. We can then liaise with you regarding the best and quickest solution for you.

Corporate and business purchases will not be eligible for return. At our discretion we may offer an exchange.

Please note that it can take up to 7 working days following a refund for it to show on your statement. If after this time you are still waiting we urge you to contact us so we may do everything in our power to resolve this for you as quickly as possible

Any refused deliveries will not be eligible for refund.
